A note from Florent & the Fluents team

From Florent, Founder & CEO

You may have just heard that Simpletalk is discontinuing its service. We're fluents, the voice AI platform Simpletalk was built on: your Simpletalk agents have been running on our infrastructure all along.

That's why we're writing. Because we ran it, we can restore it. Your agents, your data hasn't been deleted, we'll only restore it if you tell us to, and we can have you back online, on fluents directly.

What that means for you:

  • You keep the consumption and package pricing you had with Simpletalk. No renegotiation, no setup fee.
  • Same agents, same features, and even more
  • Less to rebuild. We move your existing setup across; you don't start from scratch.
  • Dedicated Slack channel. You will have a dedicated Slack channel with our team during the transition to guide you every step of the way.
Dedicated Slack Channel: You'll have a dedicated Slack channel with our team during the transition for direct coordination, real-time onboarding, and live updates.

One step to get started: tell us which SimpleTalk account is yours in the form below, and we'll follow up with your restore plan and timeline.

We're sorry this landed on you with no warning. Getting your calls going again is the part we can actually fix, so that's what we're focused on.

Accounts transitioned to our infrastructure will operate under Fluents Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Notice on Service Continuity: Fluents is an independent infrastructure provider and holds no corporate ownership, liability, or legal affiliation with SimpleTalk. Fluents is not responsible for SimpleTalk's platform shutdown, or any disruption of service caused by SimpleTalk. Service restoration is provided directly by Fluents to help maintain operational continuity for your voice agents.
